In this article i want to give you two things to keep in mind that you must do when it comes to making money with your Home Based Internet Business.
I am not an expert, in fact i am far from being one. As i go through the learning curve there are lessons that i have learnt which are worth sharing with those who may be struggling to make money with their home based internet business.You will save yourself a lot of pain and money if you follow these two tips.

1. Be extremely cautious who you accept advice from. Many dishonest people call themselves experts and take money from people who do not know any better. Newbies make easy prey.

As an Internet marketing newbie you need to be cautious about accepting advice from someone who does not have the credentials to back it up.

If you are unsure about someone’s credentials you can go to various Internet marketing forums and ask about them. For example you can go to the Warrior Forum and quickly find out whether someone is legitimate or not.

With social networking you can also make friends and see for yourself who is a good person to follow and accept advice from. One place to do this is with Twitter.com where you can build up a list of followers and watch their updates.

2. The second point i want to make is that majority of the time that you spend online every day should be spent marketing your business. I am also learning that you should spend a good portion of your time every day blogging as search engines love blogs and so do readers.

Blogging allows you to make money in a niche, writing about things you enjoy. It also allows you to generate a tremendous amount of free traffic over a long period of time. Therefore having a quality blog with high traffic is an excellent way to sell products, sell advertising, and make money with your home based internet business.
